Why choose my service?

By now you have probably called a few family law attorneys and are reeling from the sticker shock of $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 for an uncontested divorce. Outrageous, I agree. Now you have begun to look for a cheaper, better solution. That is exactly why I developed this site. Marriages don't have to end with bitter court battles and they shouldn't have to end with all of your life's savings going to an attorney.

I file all my divorce actions in "Lee" County Florida. You do not have to be a resident of Lee County to file your divorce there. I fille there because there are no hearings required as long as all of the documents I draft for you are signed by both parties. You do not need to travel at all, I take care of it for you start to finish.

Most of the sites you find on the internet charge to send you a set of forms for you to fill out and file yourself. Then you still have to set up, and go to a hearing to get it finalized. (you can get those same forms from your local Clerk of Courts for free or for a nominal charge)

Others are not even attorneys but they will fill out your forms for you and send them to you....after that it's still all up to you. (better...but you still have to figure out what to do with them after you get them and you will still have to set up and attend a hearing)

Here's how I am different.

I am a licensed attorney specializing in Family law in the State of Florida and I have been in practice for 22 years. My service does EVERYTHING for you AND YOU DON't HAVE TO GO TO ANY HEARINGS. My name and reputation are at the bottom of your documents and I am YOUR attorney throughout the entire process.

Ask yourself. Would you rather have a family law attorney represent you and do "all" the work for you start to finish or have someone charge you to send you the same batch of forms you can get free from your local clerks office. The trick is not getting the forms, anyone can do that, it's knowing what to do with them, what's necessary and what's not or where and how to file them. I do all that for you and take the responsibility and worry off your shoulders, and I do it for the same price or less than those other services.

To me, there is no real comparison.

How and why do I do it.

The answer is simple really, I am semi-retired and have the time and desire to help people. It gives me a source to earn some extra revenue while saving you a bundle at the same time. It's a win/win for each of us. I have seen good people who just want to end their relationship and mutually agree on how to do it. Those people should not be charged an arm and a leg for the process.
