If you and your spouse have “any” chance at all to work things out, I strongly encourage you to try.  This sight was developed to provide an easy, inexpensive alternative for those who have made every effort and are simply unable to stay together.

HOW CAN I HELP? 

    If you or your spouse has been a resident of the state of Florida for at least six months prior to reading this page, you are eligible to get divorced in the State of Florida, “ANYWHERE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA”. 

    Through this website you can answer a few simple questions and a licensed attorney with over 14 years experience will draft all the documents needed to complete your divorce.  There will be no hearings to attend and no need to travel.  I will finalize your divorce and you will not have to leave your home.  This is absolutely no different procedure than you would experience if you made the trip to my office.  It doesn’t matter where in the state you reside.

    Most divorce proceedings in the state are published in the local newspaper when they are filed with the clerk, through this service, your friends and neighbors will not have ready access to your business.  Why? Because this will be published in the paper where the divorce is filed, not where you live.  My office is in Collier County so obviously this does not apply to Collier residence.
